Free Online Webinars and
Workshops- Digital Literacy

Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the global shift towards online spaces prompted a collective learning experience. However, recognizing the significant digital divide in Africa, particularly in Kenya, it became evident that the ubiquity of smartphones does not equate to universal digitization or tech-savviness. In response, our brand swiftly initiated webinars, utilizing accessible virtual meeting platforms, to educate and empower SMEs, young entrepreneurs, and university students keen on translating their innovative ideas into online value. These are done using any convenient virtual room like zoom, google meet, teams, Kennet, skype just to mention but a few.

Our statistics show that this proactive approach has yielded substantial improvements in terms of sales and conversions for the participants. The webinar sessions, tailored to different modules, have witnessed a remarkable surge in the adoption of digital platforms among attendees, bridging the digital divide and enabling the use of both traditional and digital channels for their visibility.

As the situation gradually returned to normal post-Covid-19, our brand expanded its outreach. Collaborating with universities and small business groups, especially in marginalized areas, we organized physical workshops. These workshops have not only provided guidance across various facets but also facilitated partnerships aimed at equipping participants with the skills needed to proficiently manage their online businesses.

In essence, our commitment to fostering digital literacy and empowerment transcends the challenges posed by the digital divide. The combination of virtual webinars and physical workshops has proven instrumental in not only imparting knowledge but also in cultivating a supportive ecosystem for the effective management of online ventures.

Scholarships & Education sponsorships- Magack Foundation

African countries have a huge step towards affordable and quality education. We seek to actively contribute and accelerate any mechanism within our reach in achieving the Sustainable Development Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. A 2030 Agenda for SDG4 “a plan of action for people, planet and prosperity” something that reflects out of the company’s income.

For every client we assist, a scholarship opportunity is extended to someone. An illustration of this collaboration is our partnership with the European Business University of Luxembourg (https://ebulux.lu), facilitated by our founder. Every quarter, we provide sponsorships for financially challenged small-scale investors pursuing various business courses. These courses span a range of subjects including strategic management, business management, project management, business and corporate law, introduction to artificial intelligence, and more, based on the offerings available.

The Magack Foundation operates as a family-backed initiative. Over the years, the foundation has been dedicated to identifying underprivileged young individuals who have completed their Kenya Certificate of Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), which are now being replaced by the competency-based curriculum (CBC). The foundation provides support for these individuals as they take their next steps toward a brighter future.

The foundation has since then paid school fees for the vulnerable, less privileged and underrepresented in various regions in Kenya. The team stands with the famous saying by Nelson Madela that ‘Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.
