With a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and over three years of experience in the IT field, our Customer Relationship Manager has a robust background. Before joining Tysons, he excelled as a Consulting Associate at Valuemax Consulting Limited, where he provided clients with IT solutions, adeptly managed projects, and conducted data analysis.
His tenure as an Information Technology Support Specialist at the United States International University - Africa further enriched his skill set, supporting both academic and administrative functions. His proficiency in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and information technology, he holds certifications in customer service, product management, and interview skills.
