
Talent Hub that responds to the youth’s need towards practical exposure for their talents in turning them to successful independent individuals, who can be hired to perform and work with any reputable organization locally and internationally. The Hub is exclusively interested in young untapped talents from the university as the market already has a stiff competition for the well-established individuals, known, experienced with lots of connections leaving little space and opportunity for them to maneuver. The economy has proven its harshness on graduates who have spent enough amounts to get education that can enable them to grow their careers by leading them to unemployment. This will be our main target for the Hub. One of the parameters we intend to work against for opportunity eligibility is “experience” which is a virus against career growth. The uniqueness of our business is totally based on identifying new fresh talent for Voice Overs, Master of Ceremonies (MCs), music band and dancers.

This will package the Hub as a one stop shop for entertainment. However, this will not lock out the other talents within the same segment as it will embrace all kinds of talents from various areas of life in music, journalism, culture, design, comedy, drawing et cetera. We intend to identify this talent from all Universities in Kenya, the streets, rural and urban areas. We will rely on nationally distributed talent base sessions areas for example where auditions are taking place, festivals, online requests for any spotted talent, which will be coordinated well to work cohesively by ensuring that we match talents and nurture them to be fully accomplished ready to hit the market. This is a new company; hence we will need to meet the market standards in terms of its video and audio production services that will enhance exposure of the young talents, needs of the clients and how best to address them. The company’s philosophical management will embrace self-ownership, equity, mutual respect, and responsibility by encouraging high productivity, cohesiveness, creativity, innovativeness and engagement in challenges that realistically will be rewarding. This will ensure the team gains experience and the required abilities to compete with anyone in the market space.
